Although we wish you loved your Tufty Home purchase, we understand if it just wasn't right for your home. We allow easy returns within 30 days of delivery for most Tufty Home purchases shipped within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. At this time, we are unable to accept returns from Canada.

You have three options for returning the item: drop it off at a FedEx location near you, request FedEx pick up the item, or choose the method of return convenient for you. Sometimes, all three options may not be available for your return. Once you've processed your return, you will receive an email with your convenient FedEx return label to ship your item to us for a refund minus shipping costs.

Although we offer free shipping, we do not cover return shipping costs, but we can assist in providing our discounted rate with FedEx.
