At Tufty Home, all orders come with complimentary ground shipping within the contiguous United States and Canada. We primarily ship using FedEx ground transportation, however, oversized items that are too large or heavy to ship via ground transportation will be sent using a reputable freight service. If you require your products sooner, we will offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost within the contiguous United States. Please reach out to customer service before your purchase for more information on these options.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information for your purchase. Processing times can take 1-5 business days, although the vast majority are processed the same day.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not deliver to APO/FPO or PO Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
